It’s amazing what a batch of rice krispie treats will get a 2 year old to say. G helped me make rice krispie treats yesterday afternoon. He helped measure the krispie’s, held the bag of marshmallows (only biting the bag once) and then stood on a stool while I melted everything. He only tried twice to grab a marshmallow from the pan, which I thought was pretty good for a 2 year old! Once they were done he was in heaven! While he and Luke were enjoying them, Luke said “Isn’t mommy the best?” to which G replied “best mommy EVER”! And yes, he did annunciate the ‘EVER’ part!
Now, if only this best mommy ever stuff will be this easy when he’s 15…
